At the heart of Alles Fisch operational approach is the prompt storage under ice of fishery and aquaculture products while at the same time marketing fresh and defrosted products... Regarding defrosted bulk items which represent the firm's core business, these primarily consist of cephalopods, both fresh and thawed, processed with purified sea water using the "Borbotage" method, which enhances the natural characteristics of the species .  
For fresh products on the other hand, the firm offers a wide range of fish products from domestic and international waters.

Given the changes in the dietary lifestyle of today's society and given the growing interest from large-scale distribution to offering ever greater quality of service, Alles Fisch has implemented a production line for the packaging of both fresh and defrosted fish products, processed under protective atmosphere (ATP) and with vacuum packaging.
