The history of Alles Fisch goes back to the distant 1970s, when Walter Pasquato began attending the fish market in Chioggia, purchasing seafood to transport daily to Genoa, which once there reached the tables of all Liguria. His enterprising spirit, and great desire to learn and expand, as well as his strong commercial skills, led him to expand his area of activity through direct agreements with ship owners, merchants and fishermen, quickly taking on an important role in industry. By 1970, he was already covering the markets of Genoa, Trieste, Naples, Cagliari, Rome and Taranto.
In the early 1970s, with his brother Nereo, he founded the firm F.lli Pasquato (Pasquato Brothers), which soon expanded its area of coverage and, in the true spirit of seafood exporters, launched the distribution of its products in Germany.
In 1977 he acquired a historic boatyard, strategically located and ideal from a logistical point of view, restructuring it to restore its original historical appearance.
After a period of unprecedented growth, which also saw the creation of a fishery facility in the Rosolina industrial zone, focused on the efficient sale and distribution of seafood products, in 2011 Walter Pasquato and his son Alessandro founded the Alles Fisch company. Through a network of supermarkets and intermediaries, the new company quickly achieved a primary role as a leader in the international seafood supply chain for the large-scale distribution sector.
